Can I come pick up my purchase from Raw Revivals? 

We always welcome local pick up as an option when you buy our homewares or one of our revived pieces of furniture!

If you're able to, picking up your purchase can help you save on shipping costs and often means you'll be able to get your new piece into your home sooner!

For those interested in picking up their purchase, Raw Revivals HQ is located in Ringwood, Victoria. 

Let us know prior to purchase so we can amend the shipping. You can use our contact form to get in touch to arrange a pick up date and time which is suitable.

I live outside of Melbourne, can I still buy furniture from Raw Revivals?

Absolutely!

We've had clients buy our unique furniture  from all over Australia and we're more than happy to arrange interstate shipping.

Before deciding to make a purchase, please contact us and tell us which items you wish to buy.

 

We will then provide you with a shipping quote based on the order’s weight, size and destination.

Unfortunately, if you live outside of Australia though, we're currently unable to offer International shipping at this time.

How Much Does it Cost to have a piece of furniture delivered within Melbourne?

If you're located within the Melbourne metro area, having your piece(s) delivered to your door will cost between $40 - $150 depending on the dimensions of the furniture and the distance of the destination from Ringwood, Victoria.

Let us know which items you're hoping to buy and we will then provide you with a shipping quote based on the order’s weight, size and destination.

I seen something in your 'past projects' portfolio which i love! is there any way i can get something similar?

The great news is that even if you've missed out on buying a particular piece, we can recreate similar items to those you'll find in the Past Projects area of our site.

What is your returns policy?

We will gladly offer refunds and exchanges on items which are faulty, damaged, or differ from the online description. 

We do not offer refunds or exchange on homewares in cases where customers have simply changed their minds. So please, choose carefully.

Any chance I can inspect an item before I purchase?

Of coarse! All items, including homewares, are available for inspection prior to purchase.
